CCT

SIMULATE PHASE TRANSFORMATIONS

Continuous Cooling Transformation (CCT), Isothermal Transformation (TTT) and Tempering diagrams are key tools for heat treatments in order to predict the microstructure as a function of a heat treatment cycle. Ferritico simulates these diagrams and derive mechanical properties based on an alloy composition and heat treatment configurations. The Ferritico simulation accuracy and speed is outperforming conventional physical based modelling software.

HEAT TREATMENT SIMULATION

Optimized heat treatment schemes for advanced steels can improve durability while reducing costs and resources for developing and manufacturing these steels. The Ferritico heat treatment modules reduces the need of experimental testing when optimizing the heat treatment processes.
