FERRITICO ICME CONSULTANCY
Ferritico provides consultancy projects where novel steel is developed in collaboration with the customer. An integrated computational materials engineering ICME methodology is applied, where metallurgical expertise and simulation software is combined to efficiently develop market leading steels.
An ICME toolbox is tailored for the specific project, leveraging the out-of-the-box Ferritico SaaS modules, third party FEM and physical modelling software and customized modules being developed by Ferritico for the specific task.
The Ferritico consultancy service enables the customer to speed up product development. Customers are educated in working with ICME and the Ferritico SaaS to leverage simulation driven steel design long-term. SaaS implementation will reduce the need of tedious trial-and-error testing and will act as a vehicle for creative ideas

FERRITICO STEEL SIMULATION SOFTWARE
The Ferritico SaaS includes a set of machine learning based simulation modules provided out-of-the-box to simulate steel properties and processes. The SaaS performs simulations with leading accuracy and speed and does not require any local installations.
The SaaS includes a heat treatment package where Continuous Cooling Transformation (CCT), Isothermal Transformation (TTT) and Tempering Transformation is simulated with market leading performance. In addition, Ferritico includes simulation modules for Corrosion, Stacking-fault Energy (SFE), Deformation Induced Martensite Transformation (DIMT) and Embrittlement. More modules are under development and are customized for our clients upon request.
