THE STEEL PROCESSES
Ferritico is a machine learning-based simulation software aimed at making your steel development, manufacturing and implementation processes more efficient. We provide generic steel properties simulation machine learning SaaS, but do also customize models that consider your local steel product manufacturing and implementation process variables. Ferritico will limit the amount of tedious trial-and-error testing and will act as a vehicle for your creative ideas.
Ferritico SaaS offers a set of machine learning models out-of-the-box to help you predict the characteristics of steels. You can use the service to predict i.a. critical heat treatment temperatures such as Ac1, Ac3 and Ms as well as continuous cooling transformations relative the cooling rate, i.e. CCT diagram data, including the formation of ferrite, pearlite, bainite and martensite. In addition, the models predict critical temperatures, fractions formed and i.a. mechanical properties being dependent on phase fractions. More models are under development and can be customized as a service for our clients.
